At ONLINE Collections, our goal is to eliminate our clients’ bad debt. We combine our proprietary exchange data to locate and contact debtors, the experience of our professional collection staff, and the best technology in the industry to achieve payment in full.

Our agency is looking for that one collection agency manager who is the exception and knows it to lead our collectors and agency to the next level. We have now reached a level that requires fresh ideas and insights to grow our agency. We are looking for a leader who is either under-employed or under-appreciated. This is not a “Clean up” job – our agency runs well but needs a motivated individual to inspire greatness, build excitement and develop staff to their full potential.

We currently use DAKCS Beyond collection software, their integrated Qwikdial autodialer, Skit.ai’s voice bot and are in the process of integrating Floatbot.ai’s IVR solution. We use Balto for training, development and coaching. We are now about 65% utility and 35% healthcare (balance after insurance). Our Staff services clients and we are licensed in all US states.

Qualifications

Qualified candidates will have experience managing a third-party Collection agency floor in a call center atmosphere, experience training and developing collection skills, intimate knowledge of all applicable laws, understand route/queue management, exposure to predictive dialer operations and above all ready to work in and create a fun environment.
